Key Responsibilities
1. Updating the internal systems with prices changes to make sure 100% accuracy is achieved.
2. Assisting the Purchasing Manager in the sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services.
3. Managing purchase orders (POs), tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
4. Maintaining accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and pricing agreements.
5. Collaborating with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
6. Conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
8. Supporting the finance team with invoice reconciliation and reporting.
What do you need?
1. Experience: In a data driven administration position, ideally in a manufacturing environment. If you have specific procurement, purchasing, or supply chain that would be the icing on the cake.
2. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in AX or SAP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3. Attributes: A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
