We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Development process and relatable experience of working within a Development environment, preferably with another Registered Provider or Local Authority. You'll be assisting the Land and Planning Team, seeking out and evaluating new land and Section 106 opportunities which will be a a mix of land led/package deals with Abri Build and as well as external contractors and joint ventures. Interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must as you will build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including housebuilders, developers, local authorities and subcontractors.
