As a Student Records Coordinator (HE & Franchise) at Inspire Education Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our institution. Your expertise will be essential in:
Key Responsibilities:
● Accurate Data Management: Processing and maintaining student records, including enrollments, withdrawals, transfers, and more.
● Efficient Coordination: Overseeing key projects and tasks related to student records, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely completion.
● Data Entry and Validation: Accurately inputting data into our systems and conducting regular checks to maintain data integrity.
● Fostering Effective Collaboration: Working closely with academic departments, support services, and students to ensure a seamless educational experience.
● Customer Service: Providing excellent support to students, staff, and external stakeholders, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
