JOB TITLE: Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst JOB LOCATION: NI (WFH with occasional travel to Belfast & Coalisland) TERMS: 12 month Fixed Term Contract potential for permanent THE JOB As the Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst you will report directly to the Finance Director of our Viberoptix division. You will be responsible for providing financial insights and support through analysis of operational metrics and cost drivers. You will also be responsible for project reporting requirements for the business, working closely with the management team on decision making and process improvements. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Review of the business's monthly performance against budget & business plan, identifying and investigating key variances Review & costing construction designs and bills of materials Assist with project appraisal and costing liaising with build teams Driving performance through KPI's and analysis of data Identifying and developing opportunities with key stakeholders to capture savings and add value Driving cost efficiencies and ensuring CAPEX has a strong linkage to organisational growth metric Providing accurate and up to date financial information to help inform business decisions Tracking project costs and driving project delivery Challenge budget holders to ensure effective cost management Assist with process improvements and organisational growth WHAT WILL YOU BRING? We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified accountant with solid post qualified experience who is interested in joining a growing, supportive and progressive business. Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional body eg. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Previous experience in an FP&A / Finance Business Partner role Construction or Telecommunications experience an advantage Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT skills Commercial acumen and analytical skills Adaptive and resilient, responding positively to changes in deadlines and processes Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating across all levels Confident and able to assert themselves in a professional manner Organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities within tight deadlines Focused on delivering results IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
