Job Role:
- Managing client communication and being the first point of call for clients.
- Managing calls and emails from clients.
- Supporting client needs and answering any questions.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Working closely with Account managers to achieve successfulbuisness development.
- Working towards targets and KPIs

- Previous sales/customer account experience
- Confident, personable and customer focused individual
- Good IT skills
- Great communication skills
