Key Responsibilities
· Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
· Managing client communication via telephone, email, and in person.
· Handling administrative tasks such as file opening, document preparation, and updating case management systems.
· Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
· Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Working with minimal supervision to support the team effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
· At least 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
· Proficiency in Case Management Systems and strong IT skills.
· Previous client-facing experience, both over the phone and in person.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to manage workloads independently.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
