Your role will include:
* Proactive in recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts promptly.
* Administer performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and professional development programs.
* Manage compensation and benefits
* Process of Payroll
* Advise management on HR best practices and organisational changes.
* Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
* Oversee the HR department by providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualified or in process
* Experience of working in hospitality
* Strong knowledge of employment law, practices, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software (i.e Fourth Hospitality).
* Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and reporting.
* Lead and motivate the team in order to encourage and obtain maximum commitment
