About the Role
Futures are excited to be working on a Brand Marketing Manager role on behalf of a market-leading global FMCG company, with a current turnover of £500m+ achieving amazing growth during Covid.
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is available ASAP and can hit the ground running, working on some exciting campaigns!
You will work across market-leading brands by developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. The ideal Brand Marketing Manager should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage marketing and promotional communications to retail partners to maximise the brand's profile and encourage participation.
2. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
3. Have insight and an understanding of retail partner strategies and channels for the implementation of shopper marketing activities on their respective channels e.g., social media, ecommerce platforms, and instore.
4. Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
5. Monitor market and consumer trends.
6. Develop pricing and distribution strategies.

Qualifications
1. 3+ years’ brand management or marketing experience within FMCG.
2. Experience with key UK retailers.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
