An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper and Customer Service Administer to join our team based in the Newton Abbot area. We are an ever-growing, family-run company.
This role will be responsible for:
* Bank Reconciliation
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Maintain cashflow forecast
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns
* Maintain and update vehicle schedules and records
* Assist external accountant with year-end queries
* General administrative duties
* Working closely with the office manager to provide excellent customer service
* Answering calls and emails with customers and work providers
* Using Bodyshop management system to keep records
* Booking in customers
* Submitting invoices to insurance companies
* Not exhaustive
Sage software and bookkeeping experience (min 12 months) is essential along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
This role will require strong attention to detail and someone who is approachable, with a professional demeanor, willing to take on responsibility and grow with the business.
This role is a permanent position, 30 hours per week.
