We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to work within the Construction Group IT team to provide support for our platforms across the Wates Group business, in particular our Construction and Engineering specific applications.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Application Support Analyst are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role will be to provide day-to-day support including Incident and Change Management for our IT Application Estate and to be the primary point of contact for administrative support to the business end users.
As our Application Support Analyst you will:
* Manage IT Application upgrade projects in conjunction with internal and external parties.
* Co-ordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records.
* Support the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved, and high-level cost.
* Work with the wider IT team in learning and providing support on existing and newly introduced business platforms.
