What You'll Do: As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering standards. Gathering and analysing customer information to create accurate client records. Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support for complex queries. Collaborating with team members to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement. Managing your caseload efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
