Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team to achieve operational targets and goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all team activities.
Act as a liaison between the team and senior management to communicate feedback and updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management or a leadership role.
Proven ability to initiate and drive change within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience with performance management frameworks and methods.

Pay Per Hour: £14.71
