We are seeking an exceptional Team Manager to lead and develop a team of high-performing recruiters. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our clients successfully hire for large-scale, frontline, and operational roles, often in challenging locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring at scale. Build and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and local outreach initiatives. Manage stakeholder relationships, engaging with senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs. Drive operational excellence by ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and reporting metrics are met. Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in enhancing their talent acquisition functions. About You: Proven experience in managing and coaching recruitment teams in a high-volume hiring environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing up to C-Suite and Director level. Data-driven leader, using insights to drive performance and hiring strategy. Experienced in ATS/CRM systems and recruitment automation tools. Passionate about improving recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience.
