MISSION As the Store Manager, you will lead every aspect of the store’s operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, achieving sales goals, and creating a pristine, welcoming environment that aligns with the brand’s luxury image. Your leadership will be key in driving a motivated, high-performing team (about 5 people) and in building lasting relationships with clients (B2C and B2B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Development : Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team culture. Operational Excellence : Manage day-to-day store functions, from scheduling and supervising staff to ensuring the store meets sales and operational targets. Customer Relationship Building : Understand customer needs and enhance their experience by establishing rapport, offering personalised service, and building brand loyalty. Inventory & Merchandising : Ensure merchandise availability and maintain store presentation standards; oversee inventory and approve contracts with suppliers. Financial Management : Develop and monitor the store’s budget, forecast expenses, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals. Strategy & Innovation : Monitor market trends, adjust pricing and promotions, and propose marketing strategies to keep the store competitive. REQUIREMENTS Experience : 2 years as a Store Manager, within the furniture or luxury goods sector. Language : Native English speaker or bilingual. An additional language is a plus. Leadership Skills : Inspire and guide your team, resolve conflicts effectively, and make strategic decisions confidently. Time Management & Organisation : Coordinate schedules, manage tasks, and meet deadlines to maintain seamless operations. Financial Acumen : Strong budgeting and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimise store performance. Communication & Customer Service : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers, motivate staff, and collaborate with management.
