Experience
Essential criteria
1. Previous experience in an administrative role
2. Experience in customer care
3. Experience of working with senior staff and managing confidential issues and matters
Desirable criteria
1. Previous experience in a medical / healthcare setting
2. Previous experience of working in the NHS
3. Previous experience of working with Dictate IT
Skills & Knowledge
Essential criteria
1. Demonstrates commitment to a professional and high level service and a professional attitude to own work
2. Able to act with minimal guidance to set targets and standards for self within the parameters of the role
3. Good written / verbal skills
4. Good organisation
5. Excellent telephone manner
6. Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

8. Able to manage and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence, initiating responses where appropriate
9. Able to apply creative solutions to problems.
Desirable criteria
