Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Administrator

Role Overview
This is a dynamic position within the Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Director. You will provide essential support, ensuring the efficiency and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related business systems within a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related systems, troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices.
* Data Integrity & Compliance: Oversee and maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance within Dynamics 365 CE and other business systems.
* User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for both new and existing users. Produce comprehensive documentation, including user guides and best practice guidelines.
* System Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks such as managing user accounts, creating reports, maintaining dashboards, and handling workflows.
* CRM Management: Conduct Dynamics CRM administration, including view creation, workflow setup, data import, and permissions management.
* Change Coordination: Manage medium-to-large system feature change requests and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure smooth adoption.
* Custom Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including Power BI, to offer actionable insights.
* Business Analysis Support: Assist the Business Analyst by analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
Key Skills and Attributes
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, along with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing both internal and external relationships.
* Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions, particularly with senior management.
Additional Desirable Knowledge
Familiarity with Union Street aBILLity, HubSpot, and Cezanne HR systems.

* Internal: Service Delivery Director, ERP Change Board, Senior Management, Technology Operations.
* External: Outsourced developers, support partners, and Microsoft Technical Support.
