Sociology Teacher – Secondary School in South Manchester Location: South Manchester Start Date: Easter 2024 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) Teaching: Years 11, 12 & 13 We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sociology Teacher to join our partnering secondary school in South Manchester on a full-time basis up until the end of the summer term. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in Years 11, 12, and 13, delivering high-quality lessons that support their academic growth and enthusiasm for the subject. The Role: Deliver engaging and well-structured sociology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. Plan, assess, and support student progress in line with the curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent). Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Sociology. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for social sciences. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
