Administration Assistant
Job Description
Our client based in Thatcham, one of the UK's leading processors and recyclers of electronic waste services, is looking for a part-time Administrator on a temp-perm basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the Administration department with all day-to-day operations of the site.
Salary & Benefits
* £11.44 per hour plus £1.20 attendance bonus
* Monday-Friday 07:30am-11:30am & Saturdays 08:00-12:00
* Part-time
* Weekly pay
* Free parking, Pension.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Liaising with Yard Operatives/Planning Operatives on a daily basis ensuring all correct paperwork is completed and entered into the system correctly.
2. Dealing with customer queries via telephone.
3. Liaising with all colleagues ensuring any complaints are resolved in a timely fashion.
4. Managing customer collections and drops throughout the day.
5. General administration for the depot.
6. Providing a first-class service to clients.
Skills and Requirements
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
3. Ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
4. Confident using Microsoft applications.
5. Must be bubbly, energetic, and a team player.
