Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding organisation in the North West of England. They are currently looking to take on an Accounts Assistant in the Warrington area due to expansion of the business. This opportunity would be full time working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities within this role would be;
Maintaining Sales Ledger Accounts- Preparation of monthly fee invoices/Direct Debit payments & manual cash payments, allocations
* Credit Control - Reporting against Aged Debtors, liaising with other departments to achieve cash collections targets achieved
* Maintaining Purchase Ledger Accounts - Collating monthly overhead invoices, nominal coding, distribution for authorisation, preparing payments/allocations
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bank Reconciliation's
* Staff expenses - reconciling, authorisation, payments
* Monthly management accounts and audit
Highly advantageous skills would be:
* Excel knowledge
* Sage 50
