Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service across restaurant, bar, and pizzeria.
2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, creating a positive work environment and fostering a team-oriented culture.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards in service, food, and cleanliness.
4. Inventory and Budget Control: Manage inventory, ordering, and budget to optimize profitability and reduce waste.
5. Event Planning and Marketing: Collaborate on marketing efforts, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices.
3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
4. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
7. A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and providing outstanding service is essential.
