What You’ll Be Doing:
In this key role, you'll be the backbone of inventory management — ensuring smooth stock control, sharpening supply chain efficiency, and keeping the business one step ahead. Your mission: keep stock flowing, relationships thriving, and operations running like clockwork.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Designing and implementing inventory control strategies to maintain just the right stock levels.
2. Monitoring, tracking, and auditing stock movements with precision and accuracy.
3. Keeping all stock records clean, clear, and up to date.
4. Working closely with warehouse and internal teams to match stock levels with real business needs.
5. Identifying and managing slow-moving or obsolete inventory before it becomes a problem.
6. Investigating and resolving any stock discrepancies — fast and effectively.
7. Forecasting demand and planning replenishments to keep operations seamless.
8. Producing insightful stock reports and analysis for senior leadership.
9. Partnering with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management.
10. Conducting risk assessments and championing loss prevention strategies.
11. Playing a key role in rolling out new stock management software.
12. Building and nurturing supplier relationships to secure the best deals.
13. Negotiating pricing and clearly communicating any changes internally.
14. Sourcing new products and suppliers in partnership with management.
15. Overseeing and improving quality control processes for inbound goods.
What We’re Looking For:
16. A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field.
17. A confident negotiator and relationship builder who thrives when collaborating.

19. Solid understanding of supply chain management and warehouse operations.
