Job Summary
We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Back-of-House Team Members to support our kitchen operations. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook fried chicken, sides, and other menu items following our recipes and quality standards.
2. Kitchen Setup & Organization: Stock kitchen stations with required supplies and ensure all areas are ready for service.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, prep areas, and workstations during and after shifts.
4. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards to create a safe work environment.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
Qualifications
1. Experience: No prior experience required, but previous experience in food preparation or a fast-paced kitchen is beneficial.
2. Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a willingness to learn new techniques.
3. Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
4. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a hot, busy kitchen environment.
