Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for product strategy? We are seeking a talented Cluster Category Manager to support our product strategy and optimise our product range across multiple markets. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding consumer preferences, analysing market environments and product development.
This role specifically focuses on the kitchen taps category in Northern European Cluster, including the UK, Netherlands, Nordics, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Your tasks
* Product Strategy: Collect and analyse consumer preferences and market data to drive localised product strategies.
* Product Planning: Define business cases, identify product gaps, and manage the innovation pipeline.
* Annual Forecast & Action Plan: Inform and coordinate with local teams on new projects and product launches.
* Launch Process: Set priorities, conduct SWOT analysis, and manage product launch timelines.
* Product Range Management: Optimise product line-up, conduct market benchmarks, and ensure strategic alignment.
* SKU Management: Oversee SKU profitability, production status, and phase-out processes.
* Business Analysis: Analyse past performance, forecast future trends, and recommend corrective actions.
* Market Environment: Understand distribution channels, market structures, and competitive landscapes.
* Financials: Review and analyse financial data, drive corrective actions, and manage forecasts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in product management or category management.
* Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages from the Cluster are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
