Job Title: Key Account Executive
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

In this role, your function as a centre of expertise is to monitor a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customised reports for internal use and for the customer.
2. Translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items).
3. Maintain retailer's product management systems.
4. Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data, and product portfolios, and prepare customer meetings.
Candidate Criteria:
1. Customer exposure to major grocery retailers - Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, etc.
2. Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role.
3. Experience in building reports and analysing data.
4. Ability to work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and possess an advanced level of Excel knowledge.
5. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
6. Customer contact & delivering service are essential! A commercial, client-focused mindset is a must-have.
