Overall Purpose The Senior Director of Europe and APAC will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales quota and drive revenue growth in Europe, Asia, and Australia. The Senior Director will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, specifically within the security industry. The Senior Director of Global Sales will serve a strategic role in the business and report to and work directly with the President of SPS to help drive the strategic plan on product roadmap, dealer partners, end user clients and technology. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key dealers and key end users and will be responsible for adding new strategic dealers in the market. The role will work collaboratively with other key functions in the organization (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Technical Support) to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Revenue Quota Develop and Implement plans to grow revenue year over year Work directly with dealers/Value Added resellers on growth plans and target end users Lead and Develop the Commercial Team in Europe and Asia Pacific Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Recruit, mentor, develop, Grow and Enhance the assigned countries Sales Team. Foster a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead Through Metric and Activity Based Evaluation to achieve and exceed sales targets Drive Salesforce.com Adoption and Utilization as the 1 source of lead, pipeline and activity data Drive adoption and utilization of SalesForce.com Ensure SF.com is the 1 source of data for leads, pipeline and activity reporting Identify and Sign Up New Dealers and Evaluate existing dealer base Identify key new dealers for the PACOM Brand Evaluate existing channels and dealers Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Work with Dealers and End Users to Identify Voice of Customer to share with Product Development Work Directly with Dealers to Identify needs, opportunities, areas of focus and additional ways to add value Work Directly with large PACOM end users to drive incremental revenue and understand future opportunities Work with Cross Function PACOM Team on Strategy and Customer Experience Work collaboratively with the finance, marketing, training and technical support resources on the team to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities. Help to identify end user and dealer needs to drive a robust product roadmap Provide feedback on dealer experience, user experience and ways to enhance the overall PACOM relationship with our dealers and clients Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Engineering or a related field is required 10 years of experience in various sales roles of increasing responsibility with experience calling directly on dealer channels 5 years of managing and developing sales teams with proven management experience at a senior level Security industry experience required; experience working with video surveillance, access control, intrusion and/or related fields. Experience working in and utilizing a CRM Tool. Salesforce.com experience preferred Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding annual sales targets and track record of revenue growth Leading people, managing people, hiring new talent and upgrading roles where needed Demonstrated Experience in working with cross functional teams, providing feedback and providing leadership to people in groups outside of direct reporting structure The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and the global competitive landscape.
