Office Administrator in Milton Keynes
Newstaff Recruitment Agency in Milton Keynes is recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of a client based in Milton Keynes.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assisting system maintenance updates
2. Create and send orders to suppliers and customers
3. Checking and processing all customer information
4. Log new and existing customer orders onto the bespoke customer portal
5. Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls
6. Processing customer orders
7. Handling despatch orders
8. Arrange delivery collections with Palletways or UPS
9. Production planning
10. Background in Business systems (MRP and ERP)
Must:
11. Ensuring accuracy is maintained
12. Be a team player, Hard worker
13. Attention to detail
14. Highly organised
15. Be from the Milton Keynes area
16. Exceptional and must have proven track record of using computer systems which includes Word, Excel/Emails
17. Have great customer service over the phone and face-to-face
Salary & benefits
18. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4.30 pm, half an hour for lunch
19. Will consider other working hours if you need to fit around childcare
20. Free on-site parking
21. £12.98 per hour
