Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, is proficient in various office software applications, and most importantly is reliable.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
4. Schedule appointments and meetings
5. Perform administrative duties
6. Maintain office supplies and inventory
7. Co-ordinate meetings and events as required
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
2. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and other office software applications
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
7. Familiarity with administrative tasks
8. Knowledge of Excel a must!
