Domiciliary Carers required for the Bishop Stortford area(part-time). SENCare are working on behalf of a domiciliary healthcare care provider, providing domiciliary support to the Bishop Stortford area. The service is dedicated to delivering personalised home care services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Their team of dedicated and compassionate professionals, who are both experienced and motivated, are responsible for providing care. The services are designed to assist clients in their recovery journey post-rehabilitation. In addition, they strive to offer options such as live-in care, wake-in care, and sleep-in care. At the Healthcare Services, they possess top-tier resources to ensure the well-being of their clients while they enjoy the familiar comforts of their own homes. The service is also able to provide bespoke cleaning services to ensure that their clients enjoy clean, clutter-free environments. Responsibilities: * To provide compassionate and personalised care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity. * Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management * Support clients in their recovery journey post-rehabilitation by following care plans and documenting progress. * Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life. * Administer basic health care tasks as required, monitoring clients' health and reporting any concerns to the care manager. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including assisting with housekeeping tasks as needed. * Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to foster trust and open communication. * Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in home care services. Prospective candidates are required to have: * Previous experience in a support worker or caregiving role (home care/ live in care). * Experience working with individuals with disabilities, elderly clients, or those needing rehabilitation support is preferred. * Familiarity with personal care services and health care protocols. * Up to date mandatory training. * Certification in Health and Social Care or relevant field preferred. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. * Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine interest in helping others. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy. * An enhanced DBS. * Eligibility to work in the UK, SPONSORSHIP CANNOT BE OFFERED. * A UK driving licence and car to travel to the homes.
