Due to expansion they're seeking to hire a Sales Director to be based in either Guilford or Leeds where there is a hybrid working policy in place. The salary is up to £95,000 plus 40% bonus.
You will oversee the firm's sales strategy and take ownership of achieving revenue targets through intermediary channels. You will lead a high-performing business development team, build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediary firms and networks, and drive the successful execution of sales initiatives.
