We specialise in brand and design, animation, video, and podcast production. We are now looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative Producer & Video Team Leader to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do As the Senior Creative Producer & Video Team Leader, you will take ownership of leading our video production unit and oversee all aspects of video projects. You’ll combine hands-on project delivery with team leadership, managing a small but creative group including a Producer and Senior Editor. Your role will include: Leading and delivering high-quality video productions, from pre-production to post-production. Overseeing studio and on-location shoots, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch output. Managing and mentoring a creative and collaborative team, ensuring continuous development. Coordinating production equipment and ensuring readiness for all projects. Communicating effectively with clients, aligning their vision with the production process, and managing expectations. Staying current with industry trends to maintain our edge in video production. What We’re Looking For You should bring a wealth of experience and skills to this role, including: Creative and idea development, working with structure and presenting ideas in an interesting and compelling way. Extensive experience in senior production roles with proven expertise in video production. Strong creative development and idea generation skills. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor a team and foster a collaborative environment. In-depth knowledge of production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) and live production setups. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Strong client communication skills and experience managing client relationships. A proactive approach to innovation and process improvement. Additional Information This role will be based in our Cambridge office for at least 2 days per week, with some travel required for on-location shoots (UK and occasional international travel).
