We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to work 5 days a week at our Head Office, supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in bringing candidates into the business and ensuring all processes are in place.

* Work with the HR, Marketing and Recruitment team to process CVs, call candidates, and liaise with Project Directors.
* Edit CVs into the correct format, advertise job adverts on LinkedIn, and attend meetings to build relationships with industry partners.
* Promote the company's product and services, answer the office phone, and create excel spreadsheets regarding salary packages.
* Write Pre-Contract agreements and send to candidates, and update candidate information.

* A strategic and creative mind with excellent customer service, technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions.
* Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
