ATE Engineer – 12-Month Contract
Shift Pattern: Night Shift (10 PM to 6 AM, with some flexibility)

IC Resources is partnering with a leading technology organisation to recruit an experienced ATE Engineer for a 12-month contract position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge test systems, contributing to innovative projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Role Overview As an ATE Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and deploying test solutions that integrate both hardware and software components. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, troubleshooting technical issues, and occasionally engaging with customers to address technical queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing test programmes across a variety of platforms.
* Designing and integrating hardware and software components into test systems.
* Creating interfaces, systems, and cable assemblies that meet project specifications.
* Collaborating with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure smooth system integration.
* Providing technical support and problem-solving expertise to production teams.
* Managing customer interactions to resolve technical issues and provide support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Strong programming skills in CVI, C, C++, or C# for system integration tasks.
* Hands-on experience working with National Instruments TestStand.
* Knowledge of LF/Digital and/or RF/microwave (uW) hardware integration.
* Experience working on test integration projects, including those at offsite or international locations.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of hardware design processes and best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Awareness of product safety standards and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
* SC security clearance is required, with a minimum of 5 years of continuous UK residency.
* Must be able to access restricted information, including UK Eyes Only and ITAR material.
