What you'll be doing;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data needs and analytical support
* Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across business units
* Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly
* Mentor and support new team members in data analysis techniques
* Continuously update knowledge in technical, business, and operational areas
* Stay informed about stakeholder needs, market trends, and industry developments
* Apply updated knowledge to daily tasks, ensuring analyses align with company goals
* Demonstrate proactivity and self-motivation in managing workload
* Work independently on complex analytical tasks
* Understand when to seek guidance or approval for significant decisions
What we're looking for;
* 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in asset management or a related industry
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, macros, lookups, JavaScript and/or App Script
* Familiarity with statistical analysis and modelling techniques
* Experience in translating data insights into actionable business recommendation
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Asset management principles and practises
* Asset management system experience
