Key Responsibilities Identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve customer experience and promote the full range of products and services. Support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with quotes, appointment booking, sample arrangements, and credit application requests. Actively participate in trade shows to represent the company. Conduct cold calls using the database or other tools to identify new business opportunities. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximise revenue. Maintain and grow client accounts by conducting monthly retention calls, prioritising zero-spend accounts, and updating the in-house CRM system. Conduct competitor and product-based sales research in collaboration with Area Sales Managers and recommend promotional strategies. Process orders during busy periods or to provide holiday cover. Autonomously manage customer accounts and proactively drive growth. Key Skills & Experience Proven sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude. Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Requirements Full, clean driving license. Ability to commute or relocate to Tipton.
