Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician required in Bishop's Stortford.
Our client is one of the most successful Mobile Vehicle Repair Services in the UK, they are looking for a skilled Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician who wants to move into a role covering the Bishop's Stortford and surrounding area working on vehicles at customer premises.
Responsibilities of the Mobile Vehicle Technician role will include:
* Covering a defined geographical location doing diagnostics, brakes, servicing.
* Day-to-day you will leave your home, drive to collect the parts for that day then drive to first job.
* Every day is different, different people and surroundings and locations as well as great job satisfaction as you repair the vehicles at customer premises.
* You will work at customers’ homes or place of work.
* Good Flexibility of working times – its more Monday to Friday type role.
* Offer a good work/life balance having the weekends to yourself.

* A competitive base salary of £31,860 rising to £34,560 after successful passing of probation.
* Average on target earnings up to £41,000 p.a.
* Working pattern of 35-hours weekly, Monday to Saturday between 8.00am to 8.00pm.

To be successful in this Mobile Vehicle Technician role you will need:
* A minimum of a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrative a strong technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
* A customer focused and problem solving approach.
* Be happy and able to work alone.
* A full UK driving licence.
The successful Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technician will be enrolled on to a 6 week training programme, this will involve classroom-based training, from the start, once completed you will then move out to working on a mobile basis.
