The onboarding administrator will undertake a comprehensive range of specialised administrative and technical activities relating to employees’ contractual terms and conditions. The postholder will review and verify information provided by managers to ensure that this is consistent with the offer documentation, prepare contracts of employment and issue to new recruits via Hireserve and approve External New Starter workflows in Unit4 The Onboarding Administrator will also ensure that all appropriate onboarding documentation is stored in the necessary individual file on HRDOCS and ensure that each stage of the Onboarding process is actioned within agreed timescales and according to defined procedures. We aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and make a real and demonstrable difference to the shared service across both Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East Councils, council companies, schools, and academies. This role is designated as fully agile. Workers work from a home base with occasional visits to a Council, partner or customer office. In practice, work may be carried out from almost anywhere. Many services and customers span across both Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East and therefore you may be required to work at any of these locations.
