SEN Teaching Assistant – Crawley ⭐

Teaching Personnel are working closely with an excellent SEN Primary School located in Crawley, they are currently on the lookout for multiple high-energy and enthusiastic individuals top support pupils with complex learning difficulties in a range of subjects and activities.
Day to day duties include;
• Engaging in play, lessons and a range of activities with pupils who display complex learning difficulties and disabilities
• Working as part of a fun, dynamic team who champion mental health and well-being
• Helping pupils engage and tailoring lesson plans/tasks to their individual needs
• Providing academic, social and emotional support in a fast-paced environment
• Following pupils’ education, health and care plans (EHCP’s) to ensure they are provided with the best possible support
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
• Adhering to the Schools behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times
Due to the size of the school and needs of the pupils the role can be fast-paced and is perfectly suited to individuals who like stay active, working in an environment where no two days are the same and love to socialise.

• Full time, Monday – Friday (8:30 – 15:45)
• Daily rate: £83.85 - £93.59
• Primary SEN Support

• Enhanced child only DBS required (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
