My client is an exciting wholesale and retail company in a fast growing FMCG sector.
They have a new Group Sales Director who is looking for someone to lead this team and be part of his key management team.
You will be a superb communicator who can take full responsibility for leading, motivating and managing the internal sales team of 4.You will develope brand/product awareness, driving, and delivering sales by engaging with potential new clients and driving the sales team through clear KPIs in line with sales targets. There are 4 on the team now but expect your team to grow throughout 2025!
