Typical Shifts are: 08:00 - 20:30 working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service set in the beautiful rural location of Wiveliscombe. This grade two listed building has its own orchard, stable, log cabin, and pond, providing a welcoming and friendly environment. Our dynamic team supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker with us, you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervisions, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you chose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and values. Our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
