Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled technicians and contractors, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. Support Team Development: Assist the Engineering Manager in enhancing the skills and abilities of team members through training and mentorship. Work Prioritisation: Plan and prioritise tasks on plant equipment to meet operational demands and minimise downtime. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve faults on machinery and equipment to restore functionality promptly. Maintenance Activities: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all site equipment to reduce unplanned downtime and improve reliability. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Participate in RCA initiatives to identify failure causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence, improving plant efficiency. Proactive Improvements : Identify potential faults and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency. Utilise CMMS Effectively: Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work requests, equipment history, stock usage, and ensure efficient maintenance planning. Effective Communication: Document and relay shift performance and issues through detailed reports and handovers, ensuring alignment with engineering, management, and production teams. Requirements Here's what we require. Level 3 Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Highly knowledgeable in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance.
