Senior HR Business Partner, Glasgow, c£80,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, permanent.
Our client is a large organisation going through an exciting period of change, with clear goals to build upon its existing legacy through strategic plans for modernisation, further growth and sustainability.
Reporting into the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for supporting the UK business streams, where you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, taking the lead in fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture and executing the organisation's people plan. By engaging closely with employees and customers, you will play a crucial role in strategically influencing positive change and ensuring that people are at the heart of decision-making processes. Additionally, you will spearhead organisational design and development activities to drive a high performing culture and ensure HR partnering is adding commercial value across the organisation.
With experience of working in large, global organisations and with full understanding how a true strategic HR function operates, you are a self-starter with a drive to direct the strategic direction of the HR team and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. You are a highly motivated team player who contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together across the business, enthusiastically and effectively, to produce outstanding results.
