Provide vital support to your local Police Station.
Use your excellent administrative skills to support our response and neighbourhood officers based at Ripley Police Station. You will act as a point of contact for managing police equipment, building maintenance and overseeing vehicle checks.
This role is part of a job share, working 17.5 hours per week to cover maternity leave. Hybrid working is not possible.
What you’ll be doing
1. Maintain calendars, organise meetings and prepare minutes.
2. Be a main point of contact for general section enquiries.
3. Checking police systems and providing reports.
The must haves
1. Experience planning and organising a range of tasks.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Experience working in an administrative environment.
