We are currently looking for aSystems Coordinatorto join our friendly C&H Readymix team based at our Costessey site close to Norwich. The role is responsible primarily for the day-to-day support of the Transport & Production Manager in ensuring the management and control of the Health & Safety Document, Environmental Management System and Quality Management System meets or exceeds the criteria required.
Main responsibilities:
As the successfulSystems Coordinator, you will report to the Transport & Production Manager. Duties of the role will include attendance at internal and external audits and supporting with site safety & health audits in preparation for wider health & safety team audits.You will focus on Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) at site level working alongside operational teams, supporting the Transport & Production Manager and unit supervisors with fundamental documentation.
You will also support with rollout of new standards and systems, ensuring full compliance with permitting and planning conditions, identifying and sharing best practise around the region.
The ideal candidate:
The idealSystems Coordinator will have proven experience as a Systems Coordinatorwith an excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
You will also have the following;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build, develop and influence relationships through collaboration
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A good level of financial understanding and awarenessDesirable
Knowledge of wider business functions and key business issues
An understanding of SQL systems and database connectivityThe role is based our Costessey site in Norwich. This role is easily commutable Norwich, Dereham, Fakenham, Drayton, Taverham, Aylsham, Wymondham, Cringleford, Attleborough, Spixworth, Poringland and the surrounding areas.
