Graduate Commercial Property Manager Surrey c£31k + Benefits
We are working with a multi-office, independent property consultancy that provides agency and property management services across Surrey and Hampshire.
Within their Weybridge office, they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Commercial Property Manager with the following responsibilities:
1. Office based in Weybridge
2. Supporting the experienced Commercial Team in daily property management duties
3. Checking and processing management invoices
4. Coordinating maintenance on a day-to-day basis
5. Conducting property and site inspections
6. Ensuring compliance with GSC, EPCs, FRA, and EICR requirements
7. Managing all compliance requirements as per the property/lease
8. Logging and processing insurance claims
9. Chasing arrears and pursuing recovery when necessary
10. Collaborating with insurance brokers to verify policies and ensure re-build sums insured are within required timeframes
11. Managing major works alongside a Building Surveyor and Senior Property Manager
12. Handling all aspects of service charges
13. Working with the Professional and Agency Departments on rent reviews, lease renewals, letting, and selling
Candidate requirements include:
* A degree (preferably in a property-related subject, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Sound IT literacy, particularly in Word and Excel
* A general interest in property and a professional telephone manner
