Our client in Liverpool is currently recruiting for a Service Manager for a newly formed Adult Access Team, which has a daily rate of £400 and can be home based; with office travel as required. The Adult Access service is the front door of Adult Social Care and Health and is a newly created service. Adult Access works with services across the whole of Adult Social Care and Health to provide first contact prevention, information, and advice through strength-based approach to enable people to regain and maintain dependence. Our client is seeking an experienced manager to drive the development of the service, embedding strength-based approach and Care Act duties to prevent, reduce, and delay need, and promote wellbeing of people.
