Role Overview The Cleaning operator position, reporting to the Facilities Manager, stands as a vital new role within our Facilities Team. The Cleaning operator will oversee the cleaning operations within our Head Office facility, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In the absence of the Cleaning Supervisor, this role also includes responsibilities related to site security, including leading the site security close-down process. The ideal candidate: We are seeking a Cleaning operator who is dedicated and detail-oriented. While previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment is preferred, it is not required, as we are open to training motivated individuals new to the field. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Reliability is crucial, so we are looking for someone who is punctual, dependable and has a strong work ethic. Flexibility is also essential, as the role requires the ability to work part-time hours, including early mornings or evenings, as needed. Lastly, the candidate should be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with other team members and support various cleaning tasks as required. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
