We’re looking for candidates who are patient and nurturing and specifically someone who can help young children feel comfortable at school and be supportive of their needs.
The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant for this role would be a person who has:
* Experience of working with SEND children/vulnerable adults
* A warm and friendly personality
* Emotional resilience
* Proactive and flexible capabilities
As a Behaviour Support Assistant you will:
* Help teachers prepare lesson materials
* Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons
* Work with students to make sure they understand
* Watch, record and report the progress students make
* Look after children who are upset or unwell
