Internal Sales Executive (Spanish speaker)
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm (Friday finish at 2.30pm)
Salary: Circa £38k + fantastic benefits

Join our client on their exciting journey as an Internal Sales Executive. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated Internal Sales team, managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales-related activities, and providing logistical support for sales initiatives with specific responsibilities for the company's Latin America market.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the supply chain and production departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
2. Help prepare sales proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company standards.
3. Organize and maintain sales documentation, such as contracts, sales agreements, and pricing schedules.
4. Prepare sales handover packs as instructed in the company protocol.
5. Manage and track contracts, ensuring proper execution, filing, and updates as necessary.
6. Develop relationships with customers to increase their sales basket and repeat business opportunities.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
8. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems.
9. Track and communicate with suppliers and customers on order progress.
Specific Latin America Support:
1. Assist the Latin American region in managing day-to-day sales activities, including tracking orders, processing customer inquiries, and managing customer databases.
2. Handle correspondence with Latin American clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
3. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and export/import requirements specific to Latin America.
4. Assist with translation of documents and communication when needed.
5. Assist with the processing of sales invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients on outstanding accounts.
6. Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments for the sales team/agents.
Ideal candidates will possess:
1. Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales support role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
3. Knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & CRM systems.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
This Internal Sales Executive role offers a salary of circa £38k + fantastic benefits, including:
