Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team in one of our busy onsite offices!
The role will be Monday to Friday on-site based in Normanton - WF6.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
2. Answer recruitment enquiries.
3. Screening, processing and onboarding candidates for induction & training.
4. Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates.
5. Maintain best practice as outlined by the business.
6. Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
7. Build relationships with onsite management to better and grow our share of the business.
8. Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process.
9. Management of all systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity.
10. Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
11. Ensure all personal objectives are always met.

3. Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise where needed.
4. Focus and dedication to an excellent quality of service at all times.
5. PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
6. Meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
7. Previous recruitment experience is required.
8. Must have a full, clean driving license.
