Job Description
Reporting to the Online Brand Protection (OBP) UK Manager you will be part of the OBP UK Team, and your main functions will be day-to-day client management, documenting and maintaining system, process and registry policies, and handling new customer migrations and project work.
In the performance of your duties, you will be expected to use your best endeavours to always promote and maintain the interests and reputation of the Company. Your responsibilities will also involve carrying out such tasks that are required to meet the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities
9. OBP Client Account Management tasks including, but not limited to, domain registrations, transfers and transfer projects, DNS administration, reporting, SSL certificates.
10. Taking ownership of key clients and building solid relationships through great customer service.
11. Help with the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
12. Administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the department.
13. Commercial activities in support of the Business Development function.
Required skills and experience
14. +2 years of experience and knowledge in the related industry and market
15. Knowledge of the OBP and Trademark products such as corporate domain names, SSLs, Intellectual property products
16. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
17. Excellent customer service and account management skills.
18. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
19. Willingness to learn, develop and keep up to date with industry / product information.
20. A critical thinker with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems
21. Able to work on own initiative, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and owning issues
22. Strong IT skills.
23. Team working - Able to inspire, mentor and coach others.
24. Native English speaker, any other language is a plus
Working Hours:
The normal hours of the business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.
A minimum of four weeks training on a full-time basis from our offices in Worcester, UK.
Hybrid working will only be an option after discussions with the Line Manager.
